Her dedication to Leadership York and her passion for training, connecting, and inspiring future leaders extends far beyond the 9–5. When she’s not motivating others to reach new heights, you might find her jumping out of an airplane—because Wilda is an adrenaline junkie who thrives on the thrill of skydiving! It's just another example of how she brings energy, excitement, and passion into everything she does. Many of you know and love her as much as we do, and it’s no surprise why. We’re so grateful for her vision, commitment, and unwavering support—not to mention the endless supply of Bedford County popcorn, her bright smile, and the calm, welcoming atmosphere she brings to the office every day. Happy Birthday, Kim! 🎉 Today we’re celebrating the incredible Kim — our Mentorship York Program Coordinator and FLY Assistant! Though technically retired, you’d never know it — she’s one of the busiest, most vibrant people we know! From morning bike rides to sweet treats and community meetups, Kim is always on the go and always making a difference. We’re so grateful for her unwavering dedication to Leadership York, where she helps guide future leaders and deepen connections for current ones. Happy Eight, Angela! 🎉 Today we’re celebrating another year of the one and only Angela – our incredible Administrative Coordinator who keeps Leadership York running like a well-oiled (and very organized) machine. 💼🧾 From catching our typos and balancing the books, to making sure the supplies are stocked, and the office lights stay on, Angela does it all – and she somehow does it with a smile (and the occasional hallway jump scare 👻 – you never know where she’ll pop up next!). Her commitment to Leadership York, attention to detail, and steady presence behind the scenes are the heartbeat of our team. Quite simply: we couldn’t do what we do without her.

Congratulations, Wilda! 🎉 Today we celebrated our fearless leader as she was officially installed as President of the Rotary Club of York— Pennsylvania’s largest chapter and one of the largest in the world! 🌍👏 Her unwavering dedication to service and community leadership continues to inspire us every day. We are so proud of this incredible milestone and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll make in the year ahead!

Last month, we celebrated the graduation of our Executive Connections and Leadership Training Program Classes of 2025 — an inspiring evening filled with reflection, connection, and hope for the future of York County. 🌟 We were honored to hear from several graduates who were nominated by their classmates to speak during the ceremony — a true testament to their leadership and impact throughout the program year: ✨ Sarah O’Brien (Executive Connections) shared a thoughtful overview of the EC experience. ✨ Teddy Fisher (Leadership Training Program) reflected on the growth and learning that defined this year’s LTP journey. ✨ Courtney Buechler gave insight into the incredible community projects led by LTP participants. ✨ Gina Spellman and Zachary Newby closed out the program with powerful words on the personal and professional impact of Leadership York. A heartfelt thank you to RKL, our Graduation Sponsor, for supporting this milestone moment. And to Heritage Hills, thank you for hosting us so graciously — it was a beautiful setting for such a meaningful occasion.
