  • Unexpected Discoveries: Sessions on arts, education, and a waste management tour left lasting impressions, sparking new interests.

  • Rich Content: Each session packed with valuable information, offering depth and breadth across sectors.

  • Relationship Building: Opportunities to connect with dynamic peers and presenters.

  • Actionable Opportunities: Clear pathways to engage and contribute within York County.

The 2025 Executive Connections (EC) Program, delivered by the outstanding Leadership York Team, was instrumental in building my foundational knowledge and understanding of York County and its economic, social, artistic, educational, industrial, agricultural, and government-past, present, and future. As a recent transplant to York County from the Washington D.C. area, EC’s networking and workshop sessions provided insights and knowledge I could not have gained elsewhere. In fact, I don’t know of any other program in the county delivering this kind of quality, relevant content connecting leaders here in York. Since discovering what gems we have here, I’m “all in” to support and promote York and the amazing quality of life, opportunities, and programs we have for all of our citizens.
