What is Alumni Impact Day?
Alumni Impact Day is a 24-hour opportunity for Leadership York alumni to come together, give back, and invest in the future of Leadership York and the next generation of leaders.
Alumni Impact Day is about participation just as much as philanthropy. Every gift, no matter the size, demonstrates the strength of our alumni network and our shared commitment to ensuring Leadership York continues to develop leaders for years to come.

What We Hope This Becomes
Our alumni are at the heart of everything we do. Nearly 5,000 leaders strong, this network represents decades of service, collaboration, and community impact across York County.
Alumni Impact Day was created as a simple, meaningful way for alumni to give back and help ensure Leadership York can continue training, connecting, and inspiring leaders for generations to come.
Every dollar raised supports our mission by strengthening our programs, expanding access, and deepening our impact throughout the community.
Our vision is for Alumni Impact Day to become an annual tradition that unites our alumni network, a day to celebrate the Leadership York experience, reconnect with one another, and invest in the future of leadership in York County.
