What is Alumni Impact Day?

Alumni Impact Day is a 24-hour opportunity for Leadership York alumni to come together, give back, and invest in the future of Leadership York and the next generation of leaders.

This day isn’t about the size of a gift, it’s about participation. When our alumni show up together, it sends a powerful message about the strength of our community and the lasting impact of Leadership York’s programs.

Together, we’re working toward a collective goal of $10,000 to support our mission and programs. Please join us throughout the day if you’re able!

Why We’re Doing This

Our alumni are at the heart of everything we do. Nearly 5,000 leaders strong, this network represents decades of service, collaboration, and community impact across York County.

Alumni Impact Day was created as a simple, meaningful way for alumni to say “thank you”, and to ensure Leadership York can continue developing leaders for years to come.

Every dollar raised supports our mission and helps strengthen our programs, expand access, and deepen our impact across the community.

What We Hope This Becomes

Our goal is for Alumni Impact Day to become an annual tradition, a day alumni look forward to as a time to give back, reconnect, and collectively move Leadership York forward.

Whether you give $5 or more, update your contact information, attend an event, or simply help spread the word, your engagement matters.

Together, small actions add up to a powerful impact.

Update my information

"It’s hard to believe my involvement with Leadership York started over 20 years ago (yikes, getting old!). I cannot say enough about the positive influence these programs have had on me, both professionally and personally. I strongly encourage community members of any age to consider Leadership York as a path to self-improvement and growth—and I urge fellow alumni to continue their support so the Leadership York mission can reach the next generation of leaders."
