Alumni Impact Day is a collective moment for Leadership York alumni to come together in support of the organization that helped shape their leadership journey. It’s a 24-hour opportunity to give back, reconnect, and invest in the future of Leadership York and the leaders still to come.
This day isn’t about the size of a gift, it’s about participation. When our alumni show up together, it sends a powerful message about the strength of our community and the lasting impact of Leadership York’s programs.
Why We’re Doing This
Our alumni are at the heart of everything we do. Nearly 5,000 leaders strong, this network represents decades of service, collaboration, and community impact across York County. Alumni Impact Day was created as a simple, meaningful way for alumni to say “thank you”, and to ensure Leadership York can continue developing leaders for years to come.
Every dollar raised supports our mission and helps strengthen our programs, expand access, and deepen our impact across the community.
