Leadership York hosts two signature events each year that bring our mission to life in unique and impactful ways.

Spark is our annual alumni celebration—an evening dedicated to honoring the
incredible contributions of our graduates and the community partners who help us shine.

Our bi-annual Get on Board series connects nonprofit organizations with Leadership York alumni through
fast-paced, purposeful networking designed to spark meaningful service and leadership opportunities.

Spark: Leadership York's Alumni Celebration

Spark is our annual celebration of Leadership York alumni and community champions. This inspiring evening brings together graduates from across our programs to reconnect, reflect, and recognize the individuals and organizations making a lasting impact in York County. The event features meaningful storytelling, award presentations, and opportunities to celebrate the ripple effect of leadership and service. Whether you’re a recent grad or a longtime supporter, Spark is a chance to honor our shared commitment to creating a stronger, more connected community.

Get on Board: Nonprofit Speed Networking Series

Get on Board is a bi-annual event designed to bridge the gap between Leadership York alumni and local nonprofit organizations. Structured as a fast-paced, “speed networking” experience, this series helps alumni explore board, committee, and volunteer opportunities that align with their passions and skill sets. Nonprofits gain access to a pool of informed, engaged, and community-minded leaders, while alumni find new ways to give back and make a difference. Whether you’re looking to take your next step in civic engagement or seeking the right leader to advance your mission, Get on Board is where meaningful connections begin.

Mark your calendars and join us on Wednesday, March 25 from 5:00-7:00 pm at DreamWrights Community Center for Arts.

Register is now open for nonprofits!
