Our second NLA session focused on one of the most important topics for nonprofit leaders: balance. Participants explored what balance looks like in the role of an Executive Director and discussed strategies for avoiding burnout while leading their organizations. Thank you to Samm Smeltzer, CEO of the HRart Center, for guiding the conversation and sharing insights on sustaining leadership while navigating the many responsibilities of the role. ⚖️

Last month's arts and culture night for LTP 🎭 Hosted at @dreamwrightstheatre, participants explored how the arts strengthen York County through creativity, collaboration, and community impact. Last month's FLY session was all about business and economics 💼 Huge thank you to Herculite Products, Inc. for sponsoring and The Manufacturers’ Association for hosting, including a tour of the machine shop. Students pitched business ideas, practiced meeting skills, explored public transportation’s impact, and sharpened their leadership soft skills. It was a full day of real-world learning, from economic development to communication skills!

We kicked off the first All on Board session of the year, launching our four-session program focused on strengthening nonprofit board leadership 🌟 Held at Shadowfax, this session explored what it truly means to serve effectively, from understanding the nonprofit sector to clarifying board responsibilities and conflict of interest.
