Last month, Mentorship Mania was back 🎉 MY alumni gathered at @rockfishpublichouse for a night of reconnection, laughter, and a little friendly competition. Three mentor and mentee duos went head-to-head to see who knows each other best. Congrats to our 2026 champs, Josh Carney (BOD 13-16, LY 04, MY 11) and Jose Santiago (LDS 17, MY19) 🏆 From friendly rivalries to meaningful reconnections, this night captured what makes the Mentorship York community so special 💙

Last month, our NLA cohort explored what it means to truly lead people, focusing on culture, coaching, and mentorship.
