We also wrapped up with Leadership in Action, held at RKL, where participants connected with LTP alumni and heard firsthand stories about leadership, growth, and getting involved after graduation ✨

Last month, our FLY students wrapped up their final full-day session of the year 💙 From creating personal mission statements to preparing for graduation, students spent the day reflecting on leadership, commitment, and the impact they want to make moving forward. One of the biggest highlights? Reviewing 20 grant applications and deciding how to allocate $20,000 in funding through our partnership with the York County Community Foundation 👏 We are so proud of this incredible group and everything they accomplished throughout the program 🎓
