October Mentorship York Highlights! This month’s sessions were all about leading with adaptability and heart. Thank you, Mieke and Dave, for inspiring our cohort to grow and lead with purpose! 🌟 The Power of Flexible Leadership with Mieke Driscoll Mieke shared how staying open to change and empowering others helps leaders turn challenges into opportunities. 🌟 Servant Leadership with Dave Kennedy Dave encouraged the group to see leadership through service by leading with empathy, humility, and a focus on lifting others up.

This month, our LTP class tackled Poverty & Housing and DEI earlier this month! 🏠 At rabbittransit, we explored poverty in York County and housing challenges & opportunities—thanks to Jenna Reedy, Maria Jacome, Lindsey Veres, Joyce Santiago, and Regina Mitchell for sharing your expertise. 🌈 At the Children’s Home of York, we dug into DEI with Eric Hoffman and small group discussions, learning about biases, lived experiences, and how equity shapes our community. #LeadershipYork #LTP #CommunityImpact #DEI #HousingMatters
