Leadership York continues to make a difference in our community - over 2000 individuals have completed leadership development courses since 1978. These graduates lead community improvement efforts and serve on hundreds of nonprofit and public sector boards.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Companies and other organizations gain visibility in the community as they partner with Leadership York to support community leadership development through the following programs:
- Leadership Training Program:
a nine-month course for adults (16 sessions)
Session Sponsorship: $1,000 per session
- Future Leaders of York: a six-month program for high school students (7 sessions)
Session Sponsorship: $1,000 per session day
- Executive Connections: a five-session course for executives who are new to the community or to their executive role
Session Sponsorship: $1,000 per session
- Leadership for Diverse Schools: an nine-session course for York County school district teachers and administrators
Session Sponsorship: $1,000 per session
- Board Development: Training seminars and workshops on topics relevant to nonprofit board members
Session Sponsorship: $500 per seminar
Benefits of Sponsorship
- Opportunity to present welcoming remarks at the sponsored session(s) to participants, focusing on your company's commitment to the community.
- Your organization's name to appear on all marketing materials, all written materials at the session, and the opportunity to display your banner or sign and distribute materials at the session.
- Recognition of your sponsorship in the graduation program, program participant directory, Leadership York newsletter, web site, and the annual report.
- Your company's name included with other sponsors in a "thank you" advertisement in the York Daily Record and York Dispatch/Sunday News in May.
- Eight complimentary invitations to the Leadership York Graduation in May.
