Leadership York's Board Development services increase the effectiveness of individuals already serving in leadership positions. Training on good governance is provided to nonprofit board members and executive directors through Lunchtime seminars and Leadership Roundtable Training workshops. The Nonprofit Leadership Academy enables the top executives to strengthen their leadership competencies. Customized training and technical assistance is also available for individual organizations and associations.

Lunch ON Board Seminars are scheduled during the fall, winter and spring from 11:45 to 1:30 p.m. The price of $25 per person includes lunch and materials.
