
Nonprofit Leadership Academy For York County Executive Directors

The Nonprofit Leadership Academy Class of 2009
January - June, 2011
This Academy is specifically designed for nonprofit executive directors with less than five years of experience. Directors will learn how to lead their organizations effectively in the 21st century. The Academy will foster supportive relationships among new and experienced executive directors and encourage self development and professional growth. Topics include developing partnerships with your board, human resources and achieving balance. Participants will also learn techniques for strategic thinking, organization and dealing with change.
This class is limited to 20 participants.
