Leadership York's Board Development services increase the effectiveness of individuals already serving in leadership positions. Training on good governance is provided to nonprofit board members and executive directors through Lunch and Learn seminars and Leadership Team Training workshops. The Nonprofit Leadership Academy enables the top executives to strengthen their leadership competencies. Customized training and technical assistance is also available for individual organizations and associations.
